Well this weekend marked the official end of Summer!! I am excited for it to cool down! This weekend some of the girls from my Book Club, decided to make it a girls weekend up in Park City. Friday afternoon, April, Trina, Jayna and I headed up to Park City for some great bonding time and fun.
Park City is so pretty right now. All the leaves are changing, it really is looking more and more like Fall. We shopped, went to dinner, stayed up late talking and laughing. We stayed the night up there and then took our time coming home on Saturday afternoon!
Also, to mark the end of Summer, we had a BBQ at our house. With the weather we had here in Salt Lake (c0ld and rainy) it was more like a beginning of Fall BBQ instead of end of Summer. Kasey's Family and Steph's family came over and we all had a good time with some really good food. Chris, Brendan's brother, was also here, which was a ton of fun to have him with us for the weekend.
The night ended up with everyone in Brendan's media room, or the "Laire", as he likes to call it . .. playing the Nintendo Wii. Everyone was talking turns and having a good ole time. My favorite part was watching Kasey(my sister) and Denver go at it on the boxing and tennis game. Kasey kicked Denver's butt in boxing! It was a fun time had by all

Ooooh!! I love being up in the canyon when the leaves start to change colors and the weather feels a little crisp and fall-like. SO fun!
