We spent our week in Portland with Brendan's Family. We had a lot of fun and were able to see a ton of family, which was great. 
We got to go to a Portland TrailBlazers game, which as many of you know is one of Brendan's absolutely favorite things to do. The game was really good and really intense!! Brendan actually got to go to 2 games while we were in Portland, which made the week for him.
Thanksgiving was great. All of the Burke Kids made it home, except for Kevin and his cute family. We were really sad that they couldn't make it and we missed them a ton.
Another tradition when with the Burke Family is the infamous Risk game between Brothers and Brothers-in-law. Or as they call themselves, Good vs. Evil. This is a really intense game that can last hours upon hours. 
Another great tradition with Thanksgiving weekend is the "Holy War," the big football game of Utah vs. BYU. A bunch of us watched it, it was a pretty intense afternoon of football, but BYU did prevail and there was much cheering and celebration. 
We had a great Thanksgiving. I can't believe it is already the Holidays!! I hope all of you had a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving Holiday.

WOW!! I didn't know until the day before Thanksgiving that we were the only ones not going to be there. Sorry we missed it...well I'm not sorry that Kevin didn't play Risk for a millions hours. That game seriously bores me to death!!! I'm glad you had fun and I am REALLY sad that we won't be seeing you over the Christmas Holiday!!!!
We had such a fun time seeing you last weekend! Chris always loves spending time with his brother too. We're excited to see you guys sometime soon!
